Special Events - Shrewbury Life Drawing Workshops



2012 marks a whole decade of life drawings sessions at The Hive (previously known as Belmont Arts Centre) in Shrewsbury and we shall be celebrating this event in late March. Do make contact and come along to take part in what is sure to be a great event. And also during this year there will be, as ever, other special events. Some tutored sessions are also planned where it will be possible to look in detail as some aspect of life drawing. Our Facebook page (Shrewsbury Life Drawing) is and up to date source of information about events and proposals and is open to anyone to join. Our Facebook page is also an excellent source of information shared between artists and gives you an opportunity to upload your pictures in the gallery to be admired or gently, but positively, criticised.

POST LIFE PINT.
We are now regularly meeting in the Nags Head Pub in Shrewsbury on Tuesday evenings after the life drawing sessions. This usually takes place in the upstairs room from 9.15pm onwards. Join us for an informal review of the drawings and paintings from that evening, and a friendly pint. Please feel free to join us or come and meet the group.
